📦 Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order ships.


🚚 Shipping Times

United States:
Shipped via USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery time: 15–20 business days.

International:
Shipping times range from 15–30 business days, depending on location and fulfillment center.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs, holidays, or global events. We appreciate your patience.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.


Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing belgravea@gmail.com (Subject: CANCEL MY ORDER).

  • Wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. After that, we cannot modify the shipping details.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, it may be returned to us.


💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll send a free replacement—no questions asked.
